The concept is based on 4 success factors:

A large variety & range of Belgian beers
The beer selection is typically between 40-60 Belgian beers, both bottled and draught, sourced from approved local distributors. Final selection to be agreed with you. Naturally, soft drinks but also wine and spirits are permitted, though focus should remain on beer sales.

Authentic Belgian cuisine
We offer a wide selection of Belgian signature dishes developed by Belgian Chefs which you can combine with your own Belgian-inspired dishes. Classic Belgian favorites include hoppetizers, soups, salads, entrees and desserts along with quality local cuisine that compliments the café theme.

Exceptional service
The expert wait staff distinguishes itself from other restaurants with its knowledge of specialty beers, their origin, pouring rituals and food pairings to ensure the right beer accompanies the right dish.

Belgian Beer Cafés offer a wide selection of Belgian dishes, such as mussels, as well as ‘Belgian-inspired’ dishes, including ‘steak frites’. Menu exibility allows the chef to serve dishes that are consistent with the Belgian-inspired theme to meet local trends.

• Our pre-opening support includes site selection assistance, layout and design services and access to an operational manual. As a franchisee, you and your staff will receive comprehensive training on food and beer and the Belgian Beer Café concept prior to your grand opening.

• Our support continues with on-site training leading up to your grand opening. Restaurant staff will be trained on everything from pouring to glassware.

• Our post opening support continues with local store marketing assistance. With the goal to drive traffic to your restaurant, we’ll help you develop a local marketing plan that will increase brand awareness and sales.

• When it comes to sourcing the materials for your restaurant, we have strategic partnerships with the best Belgian breweries in the world and food partners providing Belgian specialties. We work with our franchisees and suppliers to ensure you receive a low cost for supplies, ingredients and equipment.
